- Assessment of training needs of the cooperative and allied organizations within its jurisdiction.
- Design, organize and conduct training courses Diploma, Certificate, Short-Term MDP, LDP, Workshop, Seminar etc.
- Development of training package.
- Acquisition and use of Computer, Video Cassettes. OHP and other training gadgets.
- Conduct and use research studies.
- Extend promotion / consultancy services.
- Extend academic support to Junior Cooperative Training Centres / NCUI Cooperative Education Field Project.
