M. Com, FDPM(IIMA) Ph.D.
Joined the National Council for Cooperative Training, New Delhi in January, 1981. A professional trainer in the field of Organisational Behaviour & Communication. Exposure to MBA classes is an additional edge. Coordinate various Management Development Programmes including ILO sponsored. Co-authored two books of national & international acceptance. Published 60 Articles/ case studies in reputed journals. Guest faculty to leading institutions & recognized guide for Ph.D.
